Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
Atmastha (“we”, “our”) is a meditation and breathwork application available at atmastha.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data stored on your device
Atmastha is designed to work offline-first. Your practice history, streaks, collectables, and preferences are stored locally on your device (browser localStorage) and never leave it unless you create an account and enable cloud sync.
Data we collect when you create an account
- Email address — used to identify your account and for essential service communication.
- Password — stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email from Google and never see your Google password.
- Practice data — when cloud sync is active, your session history and progress are stored on our servers so they can be restored across devices.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (elsewhere). We never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only a payment confirmation reference and the plan you purchased.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, how many people complete onboarding). Analytics data is pseudonymous; we do not sell data or show ads. You can block analytics with standard browser tools without affecting the app.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and all associated server data at any time by emailing us at contact@atmastha.com. Local data can be removed by clearing your browser storage or uninstalling the app.
