By using Atmastha (atmastha.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Atmastha provides guided meditation, breathwork, and related spiritual content. It is a tool for spiritual growth and self realisation, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting breathwork if you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment, or interfere with other users.

Premium plans

• Plans and pricing are shown at purchase time. Monthly and yearly plans are one-time payments for a fixed period — they do not auto-renew. The Founding Member plan is a one-time payment for lifetime access.
• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. No payment details are required for the trial.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Atmastha service.

Content & intellectual property

All artwork, audio, and app content is owned by or licensed to Atmastha and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Quoted scriptural texts (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Yoga Sutras) are in the public domain; translations and presentation are ours.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
